We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
Minor variations in measurements (approximately ±1–2 cm) may occur during manufacturing.
Handcrafted beadwork, embroidery and embellishments may naturally vary from piece to piece.

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

NUUN reserves the right to:

Change prices at any time without prior notice.
Correct pricing or typographical errors.
Modify or discontinue products without notice.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

NUUN reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit purchase quantities.
Cancel duplicate or fraudulent orders.
Cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders remain unconfirmed until payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NUUN is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
